Laser Welding Machine Maintenance Instructions
To the protective lens, We suggest that:
1. When the protective lens is dirty, or dust, smoke stick on the lens, please replace it.
2. When the laser becoming weak, not so strong, please replace the protective lens.
3. Please use alcohol to clean the protect lens every day.
4. To the chiller Deionized water, we suggest that: Change every two months.
Others suggestions
1. Use a Vacuum cleaner to clean the dust inside the laser welding machine,close all electrical cabinet to prevent dust. Clean the machine
every day before working, machine should be closed during cleaning.
2. Remove dust and grease the worktable every month, this should be done after machine stopped.
3. Do not install anti-virus software, carry out anti-virus work before and after input/output pen-drive.
4. Cooling water is pure water, change water and clean the chiller every two month.
5. Disconnection of the laser light path is prohibited. Protection lens must be cleaned every day. Use lens paper and Isopropyl ketone to clean the protection lens.
The last one
We suggest one set handheld laser welding machine used exclusively for welding. Not use for other function such as cleaning or cutting, because the welding head change to cleaning function and cutting function, laser beam will be changed while using some times some days.
When the laser beam not be in center of welding head, laser beam will attack the head wall, welding gun become heating while using, then broken.
So at last, we suggest one welding gun, just use for welding. If want to do cleaning process, then had better choose professional cleaning machine to do this kind of process. The same Similarly as to cutting.
