The principle is that the pulsed beam emitted by the laser is absorbed by the pollution layer on the surface to be treated, and the pollution layer absorbs the light energy and generates transient superheat.
The temperature rises suddenly, the particles of the pollution layer expand rapidly, and the particles that absorb the energy generate shock waves. The shock waves turn the pollutants into fragments and are eliminated, but the temperature is not enough to evaporate the surface of the substrate, protect the surface of the substrate, and remove the pollution layer.
