Brief introduction:
Fiber laser cutting machine launch horizontal laser beam emitted by the laser source,transmission laser by optical-fiber through a 45° total reflection mirror,then focused by a lens to form a very small spot at the focal point.
When the spot is irradiated on the material,it will quickly heated to the vaporization temperature and evaporates to form holes.As the beam moves on the material, and with auxiliary gas (carbon dioxide gas, oxygen, nitrogen, etc.) to blow away the molten slag, the holes continuously form a narrow width (such as 0.1mm or so) cut the seam to complete the cutting of the material.
